Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover

Live here now and everything looks really modern/well put together but under the skin there's a lot wrong. Lots of small things add up but clear lack of quality control and maintenance:

-screws poking through cabinet walls in the kitchen
-toilet paper roll holders not installed level
-tv mount/power supply not centered on section of wall
-one end of the hidden cord channel was installed on a stud so I had to remove the panel to pull cables through
-door access battery was dead when we moved in,...
couldn't access one of our doors
-several broken blinds and dried mud/dirt on the floor when we moved in
-when I had the blinds replaced I was told I was lucky because the ones I was getting were the last ones Campbell had and they hadn't ordered any more
-large section of unseeded dirt outside our patio
-all shelves in our cupboards are already bowing
-paint splatters all over our showers, toilets, & bathroom sinks before we had to clean them off
-sort of understandable that the fireplace isn't real, expected better than just a wall heater with an obnoxiously loud fan
-have seen food trash spread through the common hallways sit unattended for nearly a week
-carts are supposed to be available to transfer groceries but are missing over half the time
-when the carts are available it's a gamble that you don't get one held together by zip ties
-one of the doors to the garages has been broken for two months now, not uncommon for me to have to put the handle back into place before being able to use it
-previous tenant's information was still tied to our front door access over a month after we moved in
-temperature control is nonexistent joke, didn't run the heater once all winter but the apartment stayed well above 70 degrees
-not uncommon for your packages to get stolen if the carrier doesn't have building access to leave the package at your door
-overhead light flickers when turning my lamp on and off or plugging my phone in to charge in the master bedroom, makes me nervous for the quality of the electrical wiring

Either Campbell Properties just doesn't care or they've elected to manage too many properties. Either way management isn't great and things are constantly falling through the cracks, not a good look. Wouldn't be surprised if in 15 years this complex can't be considered "luxury" housing because it barely qualifies for it now. Either way I'll be long gone. Could write more but I've hit the max character limit.
