I want to warn everyone about the terrible building conditions at Park Point Apartments. The place is falling apart! The walls have cracks, and the ceilings leak when it rains. The heating and cooling systems don't work properly, making it unbearable in extreme weather.

The lack of security in this apartment complex is shocking. Incidents of vandalism in the parking lot are alarmingly frequent, with cars being targeted by unknown individuals. Despite numerous complaints, the management has failed to take effective action to address this issue, leaving residents feeling vulnerable and unprotected.

The property's maintenance standards are utterly disappointing. Maintenance requests are met with delays, or worse, completely ignored. My experience at Parkpoint Apartments has been overshadowed by security issues and rampant vandalism in the parking lot. The lack of proactive measures to address these concerns is disheartening.

This is supposed to be smoke free, but management doesn't enforce it. Neighbor vapes and/or smokes weed several times per day. I've tried many times to get mgmt to do something about it but they won't. They don't even respond to my emails anymore.
