The place is conveniently close to grocery stores and highway 94. I believe our office has new management, but they were great! Mallory and Tina are really sweet. They always try to get back to us as soon as they can. Easy to talk to, and understanding. If there's maintenance going on there will be notices sent and they always try to plow the parking lot in the winter, which i like! I see the same maintenance guy around, so it might take a few days for the office to fix anything that you need,... I always assume they have a small team to work all four buildings. It's nice to have street parking also for visitors. If you're sensitive to noise, it might not be too good for you, depending on your neighbors. We're still pretty young and my roommates liked to party. Our neighbors downstairs did too. Luckily we were understanding of each other's noises and had no issues with each other. But yes, you can say the floors and ceilings are pretty thin.

Understanding Management
I rent the studio apartment and it is in very good conditions and I didn't have any bad issue with the managment beside that they were very understanding and helpful all the times I really like the Apartments they are very close to the public library and the bus stop is just right there half block and Aldi grocery store is just 2 blocks and xfinity hotspot open nearby the Apartments. Thank you so much Managment for you understanding.

Management is very bad
We were living in heritage estates. Never seen such a worst management. Not a good place to live in.
