South Creek Apartments
I have lived in South Creek Apartments for the past 4 years. South Creek apartments are a great place to live. Great location and very quiet.

MisInformation
There are a few things that are NOT true. There are NO birds or fish allowed. Their Renter's Insurance is Mandatory and it is not Renter's Insurance but a policy which covers only their property damage. With the Renter's Insurance if you want to be covered for liability or your own personal belongings you have to get a second policy. You pay for the sewer as part of the rent.
In some advertisements for this property they say it is "No Smoking". Totally not true. In the morning my Kitchen smells... so bad that I have to turn the exhaust fan on. Obviously I am a non-smoker and a rare breed in this complex. Most of the people are smokers.
The interior is nice and newer. A lot of space and great views. Used to be quiet but they almost all moved out and new people moved in.
