We have lived here almost 8 years. Moving from a 2 bedroom to a 3 was the best after my husbands stroke 4 years ago. Maintenance folks are great.

Everything has been perfect so far. The staff are very friendly and they accommodate your needs. The non-renovated apartments are decent and I love the wood-burning fireplace. I would say the only thing is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around.

Beautiful place to live. Wish we had a jacuzzi lol but I enjoy all the amenities we have. Wish we didn't change so many property owners in the 5 years I've been here, so that's where the lack of one star comes in. But as many annoyances as we have I'd still prefer this place over any other around here. We have considered leaving at times but end up finding out that other places have terrible maintenance and management that don't address problems with units. Our maintenance is always on top of... everything.

I have left a few reviews before. I enjoy my stay here at the Mansions. I would love to give it 5 stars but, I have lived here now over 5 years, and the apartments can use some updates. ESPECIALLY appliances. And Also, I jhave hardly EVER had to interact with the office, but Kelly in the office is a JOY to work with.
