Pretty great place to live, located in a great area. Under new management that seems promising, but the takeover has been disruptive and made paying rent more difficult and more expensive (now paying a service fee for utilities)

I have lived at Gallerie for over a year, and new management has made AMAZING changes. This includes added security (that is actually there at night), additional cameras, updates to the gym, and fun community events! Maintenance even came back and checked in with me the next day. The units and location are also great!
