How Is This Rating Determined?

Not worth it

The property is very outdated ! The rent amount changes monthly . And when asked it’s about the RUBS charges . The garage is very small , and the walls are very thin. I have to hear my neighbors run at all times of the night/morning . The price is not worth all the problems . Will be moving as soon as my lease is up !

Neighborhood is lovely, quiet and peaceful. Landscaping is kept up quite nicely. It is nice being so close to a park. Lots of shopping within a short distance.

Its ok. Things could be done alot quicker. For the most part I enjoy living here. Rent keeps going up, I might have to look elsewhere. Illegal dumping is becoming a problem as well. I guess there isnt too much to do about that.

Things have been great so far. A couple minor maintenance issues I need to alert the office about but appear that they will be quick fixes. The place is not very updated but spacious, has a garage, laundry hook ups and extra storage. Overall the place for the price is a steal. Right across from Willmore Park and right down from the Greenway Trail.
