It is close to most business' in the area so depending on where you work it could be a short drive. It has gated parking, which is very convenient, along with a pool area, and fitness center. The complex is pet friendly, and is very spacious so you don't feel as if your neighbors and their pets are in your business.

Great complex. Highly recommended
Great complex. The best place to live in Soulard by far. An awesome pool in the summer. Very quiet during the week for young professionals.
