The worst place to live. They are disgusting. Elevators constantly broken, dirty and full of vomit. Trash rooms overflowing and not clean or emptied for months. Constant flooding and sewer spills will destroy your apartment and belongings. Management does nothing to fix problems and paints over the most recent flooding without properly cleaning and sanitizing. Run.

Disgusting and dangerous
This was the worst place I have ever lived. There was spilled beer in the elevators every weekend night, maybe an inch thick. Trash everywhere. Security is a joke. People prop the doors open and people from the streets come in and follow you. There have been break-ins by drugged out pan handlers in the past. Cars are broken into regularly in the parking garage. Students from SLU that live here are the worst of the worst. Loud parties and throwing things out windows and from the higher balconies.... It's really dangerous! I caution anyone wanting to rent here to be careful and be aware. It's beautiful and historical, but the residents and the management are terrible.
