2 bed 2 bath condo in The Historic Edison Building was originally built as a J.C. Penny Warehouse. In 1967, the building was leased as a warehouse to Edison Brothers Stores. In 1983, muralist Richard Haas was commissioned to paint a trompe-l'œil... mural on three sides of the building that mimicked architectural stonework, using themes derived from the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. he building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in December 1998.The building is currently going through a $46 million dollar renovation by Sheraton Hotels so excuse the empty look in the lobby.
