The tower I live in is a quiet tower. My neighbor is friendly and was very welcoming when I moved into the complex. The neighbors keep the area clean in the building.

I have reported a smell coming from the wall between my closet & bathroom more than once. The office has sent the maintenance personnel to check it out while I was at home. Being in a 1bd/1bath apartment, they did not want to open the walls, which may result in relocating to another apartment. The odor is still there. The residents tend to drop a lot of trash on the grounds & I try to keep the area in front of my apartment clean, even on the weekend.

I’ve been here 5 years and enjoy this neighborhood.
My neighbors are very kind and the rent is pretty affordable for a single person. I plan on stay here as long as I can, or until I save up for my house.

My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Any issue is handled as quickly as I notify the office. The office hours are very convenient. Always been nice to me.
