Paces Point Apartments are a GREAT place to live! They are quiet… well kept… and in a great neighborhood. There’s lots of restaurants and shops near by.

Have had a good experience except I have not received my 650 points for Lease Renewal. Maintenance requests have been met in a timely manner. Office staff is helpful.
A negative is the Package Room is horrible.

Great move in process. Easy to thingns set and and ready for move in. However I still don’t have a mailbox key and I’ve been here for some time

Overall I'm happy here. Been here for about 8 years and generally I have no problems. Only complaint is I guess there's new people in the office and they don't really respond to emails on the 1st time. I've had to future up 2-3 times and sometimes then I get an answer
