Not exactly sure what has really happened here. Was GREAT a year ago. Nice staff, attentive, kept up with everything. Now it’s horrible except for ONE person that is the only person left in the office left. Everyone else is new and obviously doesn’t care about the tenants or the grounds. It has really went downhill!!!! Need not say anything because it doesn’t matter that has been proven!!!!

Paces Pointe Apartments are a WONDERFUL place to live!!! The area and neighborhood has so many shopping and food choices near by. The office team and the maintenance teams are FANTASTIC and they are always here to help us in any way possible! It is a safe and well kept property!

Would like them to take care of the people that have been here for a while and take care of renewing their apartments, appliances etc
Not just take care of the apartments that newer people are moving in

Staff and maintenance are great. Some residents are loud. The pool parties in the summer are extremely loud. The gate should be locked around 9 pm. The community is very nice.
