So far my year with Everson has been great. The staff is very nice, the maintenance crew is always on top of things and the overall space is great. Its very quiet and feels like home

I love living here, the community is so nice. The maintenance here gets things done either the day you put a request in or in at most 48 hours if they need to order a part.

The Everson has been nothing short of a great place to live! It's more or less on the edge of WCU's campus which makes it great for walking to class, and its not far from SCC, a ten minute drive at most! The community is great, and the staff are very friendly, and the matienance team is nothing short of amazing! My only grievances, and these are very small, is the gym is a little small, and I wish there was more visitor parking, but overall my experience here has been wonderful.

I enjoy living here ,the rent isn't to high and the staff is always so sweet I like how they try to do different events to keep people engaged in the community. Also the maintenance people are very nice and are always quick to come and fix any problems a person might have.only think I don't like is that the wifi sucks but Over all really like living here.

Very welcoming when giving me a tour, apartments were nice and a good price compared to the other ones around, and complex was calm and peaceful.
