I have really enjoyed living at the Everson. At first, it was a rocky start getting my paperwork together. I had to follow up a few times and felt like things weren’t very clear. I also feel that I have occasionally been mistreated or looked down on by previous staff members. Thankfully, under new management and the new team have been very kind, respectful, and helpful. I’m grateful for the changes. My building also is incredibly quiet which I love and maintenance requests are VERY quick to... respond to and the maintenance team here is very kind, respectful, and, efficient. Overall living here is pretty good.

Austin is amazing , he rocks. I think locking the dumpster was silly now people are just throwing garbage outside. The pool is awesome. Loved the nacho day.
