Kelby Farms is an absolutely beautiful place to live. Amazing amenities, super helpful staff, and even more helpful maintenance staff. I have loved my experience here as a resident and if I wasn’t moving to a different area, I’d definitely stay. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family looking for a beautiful and safe place to live in Durham.

Absolutely love the Kelby Farms Team. Lived here for a year and they have been immensely helpful, especially the maintenance team. We have called on Ray and Noah to fix a great number of things, very minor things as the apartment complex is still relatively new. They come in usually within 24 hrs, always prepared on how to fix the issue, and they fix it quickly and efficiently. Very grateful to have them around and make living at Kelby much easier and comfortable.

I love the apartments and amenities that comes with it. I did approach some difficulties when moving into my apartment. Leasing agents did not know that I was supposed to move in on my move in day. Also, I did not receive any welcome letters or documentation of prorated rent and information about certain hookups with apartment such as internet. There was also a problem with connecting my internet connection with my apartment complex because of previous tenants. I was highly concerned about the... mold left inside of washer machine and was told that it wasn’t a big deal.
