West End has always being one to ensure that they meet or exceed the residents needs, in this case I asked permission to install a different shower head that was quieter for my grandson, I was immediately granted permission and offered two options, I could install it myself or the maintenance team could install it, I requested that the maintenance team install it, the team installed the shower head the next business day, I appreciate the immediate action taken.
