My overall experience here has been fair. The appliance package and finishings are very nice. The soundproofing is not great, I can hear my neighbors walk upstairs and can occasionally hear them cough. The gym and pool look very nice but they can get crowded and the pool area is quite noisy with the traffic from Tryon Road.
The valet trash company is inconsistent with pickup and won’t return calls. If you need to take out your own trash, the compactors are always overflowing (see photo)....
Getting packages here is a pain. Half the time couriers will not put packages in the package room even if it is specified in the delivery instructions. The package room door does not close automatically, is often left open and is easily visible from the main road. I voiced my concern to the property manager who said there would be an automatic door closer installed, but this never happened after several months.
For the price, I would recommend looking downtown. I personally think this is overpriced for the location/quality of service.

Don’t move here
Poorly built property. Excessive noise from other apartments due to the poor design. You dont have to be a contractor to see all the corners they cut in building this place. Management SUCKS!!!!! Wifi is community based which is weird, and it’s ALWAYS going out. They don’t inform you when the water is being turned off. They never power wash the buildings. The fire alarms go off all the time even in the middle of the night. This place is a lemon. Shiny on the outside only.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED
Enjoy the fake reviews. Built horribly, office staff is garbage, amenities are broken or you're not allowed to use them. Gym equipment must have log ins for them. Useless machines. You are not allowed access to the clubhouse. Dont depend on them for coffee. Door/Key system is the worst. Lots of car break ins but they wont tell you about it. New buildings built horribly. Moved into a damaged new apartment. Community littered with dog crap everywhere. No dog stations. Fire alarm issues and... elevator problems. Package room is never closed. Shared forced internet - goes out every day. The area is homeless heavy now.
Lets see how many fake reviews come after this one to "defend" this crap hole.
DONT EVEN BOTHER TOURING the fake newly built dumpster fire ninety nine apts.

A Tenant of Gratitude….
This is a great place to live and a great area and environment. Very peaceful, quiet, not a lot of loitering, but more so people walking in the area for exercise, not a lot of visible disruptive behavior and a management staff that takes pride in the upkeep Ing of the grounds as well as, the apartments. I highly recommend people that are looking for great place to live to give it a try. The only way that I won’t renew my lease is if I decide to get a home. I look forward to another year and also... , they have a lot of great activities for the residence for example resident appreciation week, different activities , that promote a closeness in the community of the residence, and also a great pool party had so much food, fun, fun, music that was very appropriate and easy on the ears, and a great ambience for the residence who had great interaction and fun give it a try and maybe you’ll see me there. **special shout out to Linsey(property manager), and Liliana and Zack that effectively run day to day operations, and last, but not least, the maintenance supervisor, who indeed is awesome. I could go on and on, but I just want corporate to know that if anyone of these individuals were to leave, then there would be a tremendous vacancy to fill…

I loved it here.
My lease ends tomorrow and I can say I enjoyed my lease term here. Excellent apartment and excellent service.
