Being a part of the Anderson Flat community has been great. We haven’t met a ton of people yet but everyone we pass in the parking lot has been friendly and kind. We are looking forward to the warmer weather and getting to know more of our neighbors

Anderson Flats is a delight
Anderson Flats is a true apartment community, with an ideal location just inside the Beltline, near North Hills shopping center; lots of amenities, including a swimming pool, game room, and gym; friendly neighbors; and managers who go the extra mile to solve any problems that arise. My four years here have been an absolute pleasure.
