Really enjoyed living here, ownership transferred often. Rent is high compared to when we first moved in but like location and surroundings.

Hands down the best Apartment Community My Family and I have ever lived at. We knew from the first visit for our tour that this was the place. Application process was simple and easy and Move in day was the same. Maintenance has taken care of any and all issues in a timely and professional manor. Hats off to Hamilton Ridge Apartments.

We have only been here for about 2 weeks now but I can definitely say this is a great community with great neighbors. We feel safe and comfortable living here. Nesha was fantastic, she was a great help during and after the application/approval process. The first day my Wife and I came to Tour a unit with Nesha we knew right away this was the place to call Home! She was very welcoming and delightful to
work with. Hands down great community in a great area.

Took a tour recently of Hamilton Ridge. I’m very picky when it comes to finding a place to live but this community exceeded my expectations compared to most. Clean, quiet, and well-managed community. Management was professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

I recently had the opportunity to tour Hamilton Ridge and it was really nice. The fire pit and fireplace added such a cozy vibe, and the stainless steel appliances gave the kitchen a sleek and modern look. I was really impressed with the overall design and attention to detail. Highly recommend checking them out.
