right now, so far so good. Staff is friendly, community environment is clean, I'm enjoying it. Just the parking spot in front of my building are kind of narrow, I have a SUV which is hard to park in. And also I hope the front gate can be closed at the night.

Nice community, nice apartment, and great location but I would suggest the top floor. So far maintenance has been great and very responsive. The staff here is also nice. My only con is that I have what sounds like a big foot living above me and the sound of that is horrible. I can hear the ceiling popping/creaking upon every step that’s taken. In addition to being awaken out of my sleep due those loud steps and hearing their foot slap the floor. Either this person walks super hard or the... construction and flooring is not so good

On our 4th year here and we’ve always enjoyed living here! Great location and we’ve had very few issues that maintenance has always been efficient in fixing!

Lots of miss communication with the office and fees with my roommate and I. They’re also bad at listening when we explain ourselves. I will say I love the gated community but if we have had this many break ins to peoples cars it would be nice if they would keep our gates shut because more than half the time I’ve lived here they’ve stayed open.
