Building is new, has all the amenities minus a doorman. Apartments are spacious with lots of closet space, it’s relatively quiet, and pet friendly. Management addresses issues but could they be a little faster to reply? Definitely. Easy commute to city, easy to find parking on street.

Native New Yorker Moves to Jersey City
Being a native New Yorker most of my life, I was a bit apprehensive about moving into Jersey City but when I visited this beautiful property back in 2021, I just had a feeling this would be the place I call home. I can’t imagine myself living anywhere else now.
The gym is super convenient and spacious; I use the extra money as coffee money since there are no fees and was I was able to cancel my outside gym membership. We have a nice patio area to grill in the summer. I love that for the price I... would pay in NYC for a shoebox studio, I have a gorgeous 2 bedroom and use the extra room as my home office. The downtown is only a short drive away and has excellent restaurants and bars. I’ve rarely returned to the city since moving here.
As for management, I don’t talk to them to frequently because for the most part everything runs pretty smooth but the few times I have had to reach out, they have been very helpful and prompt in assisting me. Would definitely recommend this place!

management is terrible
live here if you want: Break-ins daily, management to blame you and not the robber, no changes to security, all your packages stolen, weights from the weight room stolen, random ppl walking around the building that don't live here, no parking, no common area use for dogs, no communication between management and landlord, no REAL way to pay your rent (have to use Zelle or check) Zelle has limits and makes you wait half the month to pay, and SO much more. You would be better off living in your car... and burning $2400 as firewood since we have ppl here living in their car due to safety concerns with break-ins.
