I will concede that the front desk staff are terrific. The people who work there are lovely.
However, the management team and the maintenance team are terrible to deal with. We had high hopes when we moved in, but sadly, they have been completely dashed.
Elevator outages are common. When they are running, they sound tired and creaky. There are stained carpets throughout the building.
Tenants are completely disrespected by Cushman Wakefield and the management team here. I've included... examples below: 1. We have had to deal with full day water shut offs starting at 9AM which last until 6.45PM. No alternative options were given. To deprive tenants access to water and toilets with zero compensation is disgusting.
2. They claim they're a luxury building, but fill your apartment with sub-par appliances that constantly break down. Our apartment was not properly vetted or prepared before our move in. We were given an apartment with a broken toilet, a fridge that had to be replaced, a dishwasher that had to be replaced three times, a washer and dryer which had to be replaced (and the washer was dripping liquid which caused an abhorrent smell), a kitchen sink that had to be snaked. We had to put countless hours of fight in to get any of these items taken care of.
3. Finally, the air conditioning units in this building are broken/outdated. They're so loud that you will lose sleep consistently.
4. The confirmation was when I was in a local restaurant and one of the people working told me that the building used to be wonderful but that word on the street is that management is terrible.
There are plenty of other options in the area. I do not suggest moving here.

Who doesn?t want to live here!? Aside from the AMAZING amenities, eleven 80 had a sense of community which made it feel safe and homey.

The maintenance team is great! I've had quick interactions with them for years but this was the first time I really spent a lot of time with them and they were great. I felt totally comfortable around them and having them in my apartment. They were honest/realistic with me every step of the way, and I knew they would keep me updated as things went on.
