The complex is well kept and taken care of. I’ve had incidents in my unit that were not fun to deal with (twice) and it took a little while to get them in there to solve it, also don’t like that we no longer have a movie room.

It’s nice and peaceful here and the community is very nice and welcoming. There are always some kind of event for the residence which nice. The only down side is there is no playground for the kids and the parking sucks late a night

Estamos muy felices acá, solo hay dos temas que nos preocupan y que en casi 8 días que llevamos de habernos mudado nos han pasado.
Nosotros somos muy conscientes sobre la normatividad de convivencia por eso no haríamos nada que perjudique la tranquilidad de nuestros vecinos.
1. Desde el día 1 notamos constantemente y sentimos el olor a marihuana que se filtra del piso de abajo de nosotros y este olor se entra por el ducto del aire y nos molesta bastante por que es en varias ocasiones del día,... aunque pueda ser legal en este país , no creo que se permita dentro de los apartamentos.
2. El día domingo el vecino de encima tiene perrito y estábamos en el balcón cuando él perro se orinó cayendo todo al balcón de nosotros y mojándo a mi esposo. Limpiamos y más tarde volvió a ocurrir lo mismo el perrito se orinó tres veces. Ya se podrán imaginar si en 8 días nos han pasado estas cosas no quisiéramos que estas situaciones se sigan presentando!
