I have been living at the park for 2 years and overall my experience has been quite positive. The location is fantastic with easy access to amenities like parks, grocery stores, public transportation, etc

Staff and residence have been extraordinarily friendly…. I love seeing all of the dogs, that was a big factor in choosing this community. I cannot wait to take a walk around the park and trail area.

Apartments, maintenance, office staff, and landscaping are great. Amenities have not caught up to the amount of people here and they're continuing to build new apts.

I’ve had a lot of issues with mold and bugs in my apartment. It’s very frustrating as I’ve had to throw out clothes and shoes due to the mold.

Absolutely Amazing very quiet and cozy, My apartment is perfect! Washer dryer, walk in closet kitchen is huge for a 2 bed apartment I’m in love.
