Living at 42 Broad has been such a great experience for me. From my very first interaction with the leasing team, I knew I was going to feel at home here. The sense of security I feel here is unparalleled. From the welcoming concierge to the maintenance staff, everyone contributes to a community that feels both safe and inviting. The rooftop is just beautiful and breathtaking. I am someone who values quiet time, and I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with noise here. I continue to... be impressed by the staff and community overall. My apartment has a stunning view, and the convenience of a short walk to the Fleetwood train station has made my daily commute to NYC a breeze! The management team is always responsive, and the maintenance team is the absolute best! Thank you to the entire 42 Broad team. Thank you for the meticulous upkeep of the building. 42 Broad Street is a great place to live. The staff are friendly, respond to emails quickly, and keep the building clean. They host fun events for residents, and we’ve never had any major issues. It feels safe, and while no neighbor is perfect, the community here makes it a great place to call home.
