Managment has an attitude when you ask them about anything
I have experienced a series of challenges with the office staff, including instances where eye-rolling occurred and my husband was referred to as my boyfriend in a condescending manner on multiple occasions. Moreover, there were instances of overcharging to our account, and the failure to provide essential move-out information added to the overall dissatisfaction. Numerous maintenance issues, including broken items, remained unresolved, and despite being aware of a persistent cockroach problem,... no action has been taken.
Additionally, a notable concern pertains to the repeated instances of water supply disruptions, occurring four times throughout the duration of our lease without any prior notification. These issues collectively contribute to a suboptimal living experience and warrant prompt attention and resolution.

Poor All Around
Landscaping is inconsistent, the bushes are withering and have soda cups and other garbage in them right on the main road they're located on. Infested with roaches big and small, crickets, spiders, and earworms inside the apartment. Maintenance isn't reliable and doesn't fix issues 100%, a brush job seems to be their best effort. Pest control is only available one day a week. The lease office reps both have the slightest interest in helping tenants as they are always involved in conflict with... residents and police are often on the property. Laundry facilities aren't always reliable or maintained. The rent is not worth the property value or the problems that come with it.

Disgusting
This place is disgusting. Roach infested garbage everywhere. They only keep the front clean for potential renters. But once you move in they do not care about you at all. The management angel will not do anything for you. The stove and the refrigerator have been broke since we moved in. I'm trying to move out now without messing up my credit.

Our policy for appliances is that they must work, if they are not repairable they are replaced. We also provide weekly Pest Control... Services, at no cost to the resident, simply go to the office and request your unit # to be put on the list.

Mediocre
Management responds quickly to repair requests however some of the repairs are mediocre like Mixed matched tiles on the kitchen floor.
