Great community. Structures solid. Covered designated parking. Pleasant and helpful neighbors going out of their way to help and support needs of others. Apartment unit fairly large compared to other apartments. Amenities very well placed. Management is equally well structured. Very professional managed by the property manager. Jennifer with kindness and compassion. Wife and I have lived here for past 6 years, now going into our 7th year. Rental rates very reasonable. Highly recommend to... everyone

Great place to live
Desert Pines Villas is a great place to live. The rent is less than most places so you save money. It's close to the university. Gated community. Jennifer the manager is always nice and very helpful. Pool is always clean.

Great place to live, it's quiet and clean!
I love this community, it's small and personal. The residence are respectful, friendly and look out for each other. The management is awesome, our property manager is pro-active in responding to any issues with in the community and making sure the living space for the residents is good! Great place to live, very quiet and clean!

Desert Pines Villas
Gated community, pets allowed, the maintenance and management is friendly and professional. I've live here a number of years and like the location. You can get anywhere in town quickly.
