There are so many reasons to stay away from this complex. No one wants to put the $ into fixing anything. Black mold, smells (weed and cigarettes) even though there is a clause in the lease stating this is against rental policy. Management does nothing about it. This apartment has potential but needs ALOT of upgrades and fixing. Things are crumbling, water damage everywhere. There are better places for the price. Maintenance fixes things very poorly (the word fix is used very loosely)

??DO NOT RENT HERE.
??DO NOT RENT HERE. The leasing agent did not respect my wishes. Greenbush Station has the potential to be great. However, I’ve had many issues and I haven’t been here for 6 months. They moved me into a different unit than the one that I saw. There is a significant amount of dog poop on the property. Be careful where you walk!! Absolutely disgusting, no one cleans the common areas like the hallway, stairs or the laundry room. This is a dog friendly place and there is dog hair in every washing... machine.
The unit I moved into was not properly clean. The oven range hood was filled with grease from the previous tenant, wood panel missing from the floor, screen to balcony was broken, bathroom door has an obvious crack that maintenance just painted over, and the bathtub looks like someone spilled wall paint on it. I used my own money to pay for a new toilet seat because the one present was discolored and dirty. I also brought an updated shower head for my comfort. For the amount of money I pay for this unit, I’m highly disappointed. I do not recommend renting here. You can never get anyone on the office phone and concerns aren’t taking seriously. I’m dreading this place and can wait for the lease to term.

Previous tenants smoked in the apartment
Previous tenants were smokers and they didn’t clean the apartment fully before we moved in to get the third hand smoke smell out. They just told us that they repainted and the carpets are new. They didn’t clean the windows or other surfaces. We have premie babies with lung issues, the smell is on our clothes, in our beds. We tried many different things to get rid of the smell.
When I cleaned the sliding glass doors in the living room, it took me about ten times to get this yellowish brown stuff... off. Same with all the windows. I think it’s in the walls and now will have to see about cleaning the walls. It’s gross and will affect my daughters already fragile health.
Also the ceilings have water damage, are peeled and cracked. There are no assigned parking spaces like it says on this website.

Great location & staff
We looked around a lot and found this location to be the best. The other apartment complexes had hidden fees so they said free cable but it wasnt free! The property manager was great to work with and when our faucet broke they replaced it that day. It is dog-friendly so if you don't like them, this may no be the best place for you as it seems most people have dogs. Been here just 2 weeks but so far so good!

Better places exist
I was renting there a 3 years and found very hard to get something repaired. Maintenance is often hard to find at the office and calling them is a waste of a time because answering machine collecting a records which was never returned. When it happen at rare cases to have a handyman into apartment for repair, job never was done during first visit and almost always required additional calls to the office. Outside area is looking nice, but it is poisoned by the dog’s poops. Many of air... conditioners are old, loud and energy non efficient. You will have to pay your electricity (about $500 during a winter time) not being able to have efficient appliances. Refrigerators are so old that food will get mold if not consumed during a week. Plumbing gets clogged often enough and emergency workers may wake you up during the night. Most of a tenants are there only for one year and flee out at the end of a lease. In summary: service and support people are very difficult to deal with, plumbing and appliances are old and many traces of dog’s poops are outside (behind a buildings and in the grass). I was renting at many different cities, but such unpleasant experience I found only at Greenbush Station apartment complex.
