The staff does a fantastic job of keeping tenants up to date on everything that is happening in the building. Always kept tidy and in good condition. Such a wonderful and secure neighborhood exists here!

I had the pleasure of living at Harbour Point Gardens and can safely say it is one of the best apartments in Troy, NY. Not only is it affordable, but the management staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The building is kept very clean. The apartments are spacious and modern with modern appliances and fixtures. Some of them even come pre-furnished. The staff is always available for maintenance or any other needs and always willing to help. They genuinely care about the tenants and... strive to create a sense of home and family. I highly recommend Harbour Point Gardens to anyone looking for an affordable and quality place to live in Troy, NY.
