I've lived here for almost 2 years and it's been such a great experience. The place is modern, clean, quiet. Perfect for people still in school/training or with a night shift schedule. Hallways are always kept clean. Managing staff is friendly. Gym is cleaned daily. Big activity room to host an event or just hang out with your friends. The building has its own parking lot and a small parking garage so no hustling trying to find street parking. It's worth every $. I couldn't have asked for a... better experience.

Just visited, it’s gonna be great
I just went on a tour of the building. I was impressed with the finishes, unique floor plans, and huge windows! It’s under construction, so you need some imagination. If you can wait till spring to move this property is worth checking out!!!
