Excellent value

Lived here for three years and it was honestly a difficult experience having to move away. This place checked all the boxes for us - affordable, in-unit laundry, blown-air, tall ceilings, modern kitchen and flooring, and plenty of space for two people and pets.

An absolute gem that was close to work and had the best value proposition we could find in Rochester. Personally wasn't sold on overpaying just to leave on the east side of the river and instead opted to trade that location for a more...
luxurious place, which was so worth it.

The management and maintenance teams were excellent and whenever we had issues they were responsive, friendly, and always helpful.

For a balanced review, our gripes were the noise transmission from the floor above due to their instruments. Furthermore, the regular emergency services sirens outside could be bothersome. Overall, just part of living in an apartment and in the city. Tradeoffs you make for the care-free luxury living close to your work and amenities.
