This is a safe, well maintained apartment building that you will be happy to call home for however long you stay.
I moved into Sunrise Efficiency Apartments in September during Covid after finding myself in a situation where I needed to find somewhere safe, comfortable, and affordable to live as quickly as possible. I used to drive by this building and think how cute it was with its balconies on each apartment and was not disappointed when I was able to view the apartments inside and in person. They include neat efficiency studio apartments with a small, serviceable kitchen, bathroom, and closets. The floor... had new carpeting and the balcony gave me a private outdoor space that really made me feel that I was living in a bigger space than I was. Everyone I worked with at Adco was helpful and sympathetic to my needs, and their Covid protocol was thoughtful and effective. The outer doors of the building are locked and visitors must buzz in. The neighborhood around the building is quiet and safe as well, with lots of single family homes and great sidewalks for walking in the evening. If I found myself in Buffalo again I would definitely consider Sunrise and recommend it highly to anyone seeking a small, affordable apartment for one or two people, or people with one or two cats.
