I’ve lived at Stonebridge for four years - this place is a true gem. Location is great - it’s a quick walk to both the West Bank of the flats and Ohio City, right next to a great bike path over to Whiskey Island and only a quick ride to the Towpath. It’s got great views of the river and downtown, and parking is the cheapest of anywhere in the city. Also, the access the viaduct means you can catch nautica concerts for free, and easily eat at the best Italian restaurant downtown. The property... manager Ashley and the maintenance staff are what truly makes this place special. Ashley is incredibly organized, responsive, and kind. She cares about the residents, and it really shows. Maintenance staff are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. We absolutely love living here.

Great place to live
Been living here for a year and a half and love the spot, you get a great view of the river and downtown and I work from home and watch the boats go by all day.
Property managers are excellent, Ashley is on top of things and is very good at her job.
Maintenance always comes quickly and does a good job.
Access to the Superior Viaduct is a major plus and one of the main reasons I picked this place. I ride my bike everywhere and being able to take the elevator to the top saves my legs.
The... location is very good if you get around on a bike, it's right on the towpath trail which you can take to the lake, Ohio city, Tremont, and the steelyards shopping area. If you have an Ebike you can make it to the steelyards easily. If you don't have an Ebike, the stores in Ohio city make more sense.
Very easy to bike to downtown and Ohio city on the city roads however there isn't a lot of consideration for bike safety in Ohio city. Only issue is the Detroit and West 25th intersection which is very dangerous and has to be crossed to get basically anywhere since the center street bridge is out for the rest of the year.
Some of the apartments are very long and have lightshaft windows for the interior rooms. I like having a pitch black bedroom so this is nice but it isn't nice for anything besides a bedroom.

Perfect spot
We've been at Stonebridge for almost two years and picked this place over the 7+ other apartments we toured downtown. The office staff is AMAZING - the manager knows everyone by name and is a joy to chat with. The maintenance guys are top notch, too! Our water heater broke a while back (just typical wear-and-tear) and they had a team over to replace it within 24 hours.
There is a great view of the Cuyahoga River so you can watch boats go by all summer from your living room window, or pop up... on the Viaduct to get views of the city and river. There's a rapid station within a 5 minute walk, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk downtown or to the West Side Market.
OH, the apartments are great, too. The granite countertops and stainless steel everything has me spoiled. I don't know if I'll ever be able to live without heat lamps in my bathroom again!

Great Leasing Experience, We love the view
We have just moved in, but what I can tell you is that the leasing experience was very easy, and the staff is friendly and responsive! They have an open office and welcome you to come in and talk, very accessible.
Our full height windows in the living room are awesome and we are fully enjoying our views!
So far so good! A really great value and size of apartments.
