Spacious Condo Like Living I loved the apartment, it was spacious with lots of storage and a 2 car attached garage. Where I lived I had a small patio that overlooked the pond with a fountain. Only negative was no upgrades ever done to the apartment while I lived there. I was there for 6 years and would have stayed but life happens and you need to adjust. Would recommend Redwood Living.

My husband and I lived there for almost two years before moving to Florida and loved it! Location is perfect and management is easy to work with and very helpful. No issues with getting our deposit back. Recommend :)

Amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could. Scheduled a last minute self-guided tour after leasing office hours and the model home still had so much information available. Very clean, love the openness of the apartment and the pet policy is seriously the best I have seen anywhere. The furnished apartment helped put into perspective living in one of their units and it truly feels like a single-family home. Neighborhood was very quiet and we even got a couple waves and “hellos” from residents... taking walks. very excited to submit our application and hopefully becoming residents here! Read More

Awesome Experience We lived in the Pataskala Redwood and it was amazing! Never heard much from noisy neighbors and any concerns we had were handled promptly.
