I loved living in Redwood I absolutely loved living in Redwood. It was quiet and clean. I loved my screen in porch that had a wooded view. The staff was amazing, Randy and Drew were fantastic. I only moved because I needed more space.

Maintenance was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Everyone was like family. Very quiet community.

It was home For the last six years, I have called Redwood Reynoldsburg my home. Drew and Randy treated me like family during a time that I needed support while my fiancé was out of the country. I am forever grateful. They provide a Apartment neighborhood that is clean, well-maintained safe with an environment that is inviting and well-managed. Highly recommend anyone looking for a bridge or forever home.

I am a retired insurance executive who has owned 7 homes in four states - 5 newly built. I recently sold my home to down-size and wanted the look, feel and amenities that I became use t - as well as the neighboring businesses for proximity. Done.

From the tour, through the application process, ongoing updates on availability, completion of the lease signing and the keys hand off - Flawless. Drew, who is the Manager with whom I worked, runs a great ship. And the apartment? My executive home... , shrunken to a smaller size,with a two-car garage. I can view the pond, walk the enclosed neighborhood, walk to my mailbox and exit my car - right into my kitchen. Hardwood floors, nice appliances, spacious living areas and a patio for a chill down after walking. A little warm? Turn on a ceiling fan...pick one from many rooms. Just bring your washer and dryer and sell everything else - including your lawn tools. The grounds are manicured.
Oh, that insurance assessment? I asked to "buy" my unit and call it a condo. The place is just that nice!
