DO NOT LIVE HERE!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office staff is so rude and unaccommodating. They DO NOT care about their tenants. I have been dealing with American cockroaches and baby snakes in my apartment for the last 6 months (I am a 4-year resident btw). When I called the office to discuss the matter the office lady literally YELLED AT ME. Yes, I might have been upset but by NO MEANS was I yelling at her. She wasn't sympathetic at all. She wouldn't let me talk, she just kept talking over me and being extremely rude... and condescending and I'm pretty sure she put me on speakerphone. I finally had to raise my voice just so I could get a word in! When I first moved into these apartments 4 years ago they were so clean, quiet, and well kept. Now there are broken down cars in the parking lots, break-ins, fights outside, dog abuse, bug problems, loud music. These apartments also do NOTHING about noise complaints. Most of the tenants that were here when I first moved in have now left to go elsewhere because of how unhappy they were.
