Not clear which units are/aren’t “renovated.”
Rental rates based predominantly on size of unit not fixtures, appliances, etc.
Very confusing. Not transparent.

Hi Damian, our apartment homes are priced based off of many factors including size, location, floor level and if an apartment home is renovated. All of our apartment homes listed on our website are currently renovated homes and the pricing does... reflect that of a renovated style home. Renovated style homes have updated appliances, flooring/ carpet, countertops and fixtures.

Great apartment and location. Not much in the way of community, but generally nice neighbors. Some of the lights around the property are usually out and the “new gym” doesn’t seem new, is very small and almost always busy. Overall nice place, not the best value probably but I’m generally happy

Safe and friendly neigborhood. Staff is very nice and the customer service is great. Location is good, located near safeway, bimart, dutchbros.
