I lived here before and am incredibly happy to be able to move back. The leasing specials are great, the management has only ever been polite, welcoming, and accommodating. The floor plans are beautiful as are the renovations. Super close to my work and shopping, close to several parks and beautiful neighborhoods, and extremely affordable, honestly the best apartments you can get for this price. I moved here sight unseen almost three years ago and even from across the country, they were the... friendliest people I’ve worked with. When I unfortunately needed to move out, they were extremely patient when my rescue cat hid in the apartment the night before I needed to turn in my key. I wanted to move back to be close to my boyfriend, who lives right across the street, and because I absolutely live the apartments, and the second I walked in, Miranda welcomed me. They remembered me and worked with me to make sure I didn’t miss out on leasing specials that were going on. I can’t help but smile when I walk in to my apartment and it feels so good to feel like I am back home. Thank you Crescent Park!

As a resident of Crescent Park Apartments in Eugene, Oregon since 2004, I have been very happy with my apartment. The grounds are very well-kept (weekly grounds maintenance), and we are located near grocery shopping, LTD bus stops and restaurants. The area is pet and bike-friendly. I highly recommend Crescent Park Apartments to anyone looking for living arrangements in the Eugene-Springfield area.
