A very cute and clean space, this recently remodeled house is perfect for anyone who likes a quiet neighborhood but wants to be close to the action.

The House:
The house has brand new everything. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, butcher... block counter tops, dishwasher, disposal, farmhouse sink with an open kitchen and living room area. A great new bathroom with plenty of storage and washer/dryer tucked away in a utility room.

The Yard:
The house has a private front yard with nice walk up. In the back is a huge brand new concrete patio and fenced in yard with lawn.

The house is on a quite street with not much traffic. You'll see more people walking down the street than cars on most days. We are blocks from a nice park.
