The apartment is a bedroom with a beautiful hardwood floor, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen. There is plenty of storage on shelving in the garage, plus bike storage downstairs. There’s also an extra closet for your use. Large furniture can’t be moved into the apartment - the entry is through a narrow hallway.

Month to month. All utilities, internet, EV charging and laundry are included in the rent. This assumes normal usage on your part.

Dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air conditioning and heating are included.

One month’s rent ($1,250) for security/cleaning deposit, payable in 3 installments over the first 3 months ($450 first month, $400 second month, $400 third month.) $45 background check fee (includes criminal, evictions and NSF checks.). Proof of income is required.

Move-in cost (first month plus part of deposit) is $1,700.
