These buildings are falling apart. Plumbing should not be an adventure. The appliances are old and work poorly. Maintenance is unresponsive and uncommunicative. The building is so poorly insulated it feels like you are outside, and you might as well be because there is less mold outside than inside. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Most amazing staff! Especially Kaycee!
So I have been searching for an apartment for a few months now and it has been very stressful and overwhelming until I found the River Lofts apartments in Tualatin Oregon. Kaycee, the young lady that works in the office went above and beyond and helping me get an apartment there for me and my daughter. Words can't express how grateful and thankful I am for all her knowledge, kindness and genuine compassion she showed me. If she's not the manager, she really needs to be! Best experience I have... ever gone through when searching for a home!!!

DONT MOVE HERE
Worst place we have lived. We have lived here almost 5 months and have repeatedly asked the management to fix our windows (which don’t open, and with this heat you can imagine how awful that is), our closet doors that don’t open and close, mold, ant infestation. I would definitely advise people to never move here. I wish we never moved here, but we were shown a nice remodeled unit and instead moved into a health/fire hazard hole with horrible management.

Do not live here
The complex managers are the worst managers I have ever lived with. They take forever to respond, maintenance can take months, they throw fees at people for every little thing, and they pull off stunts such as converting most of the visitor parking into special paid "reserved parking". No one obviously paid for them and residents used the spots like normal. Pretty soon they started towing everyone. They are constantly messing up every little thing they do, sometimes even lying. To give some... perspective, I believe in the past two years they have gone through five or six property managers. None have been good.
The units do not look anything like the pictures above. The contractors they hired for the "remodeling" make it seem like it was their first day on the job. Cabinets not closing properly, paint stains everywhere, things falling off, etc.
Pricing is pretty expensive for the area, not to name other places, but you don't have to look hard to find other apartments in the same area that are much nicer for the same price or cheaper. They raise the lease prices quite a bit each year, much more than an average apartment.
It could be decent if they hired competent managers and lowered the price. For now, stay away.
