Please Avoid

This place looks nice and gets you in with a deal, but they don't take care of the residents. Maintenance is slow to respond, the leasing office staff are often unhelpful, and the apartments have a pest problem that they refuse to address. It's too expensive to be so sub-par.

awesome place to chill

Ashley terrace apartments are clean, quiet and beautiful. The floorplans are great and roomy. Washer/dryer in the unit. Great lawn care and maintenance is on site. Managers are nice and friendly. Clean pool and sauna, weight room and place available for gatherings. Pet friendly and secure. Nice place to chill after a long day at work.
