The Felson is a new apartment complex. It is very spacious and nice inside with granite kitchen countertops. The indoor parking garage is very convenient.

I enjoy living here at the Felson! Moving here from a big house I found the complex has a lot to offer and while there are a few very minor things not to my liking the positives certainly outweighs those that are not. It is new and offers amenities that are accommodating. It is well maintained and the maintenance guys are timely and knowledgeable. There are plenty of eateries, shops, grocery stores and interstate access in the immediate vicinity. I like it here and recommend it to anyone... without hesitation.
