The good: Staff, maintenance, pool, gym, location,
The bad: Zero noise barrier from outside or the hall or the floor above/below you, which makes it sound like a construction site especially in the warmer months, and that's essentially it.

I'm very pleased to be at the Ashby. I love my apartment and the team is very responsive, The facilities - that pesky coffee machine aside - kept neat, clean and in good order. With the winter weather I've been pleased to see the maintenance teams keeping the roads and sidewalks cleared and salted. I in particular use the workout facilities and dog park and look forward to the summer and enjoying the pool and grounds.

Not safe for Trans people
I’m a transgender woman and I have lived at the Ashby for a few years. I have had numerous issues with other residents who are transphobic that have said some pretty inappropriate things to me. I have also had issues with certain residents feeling the need to harass me and bang on my door at 11pm. This place is definitely not a fit for Trans women like myself.
