Moved out to Elkins Park Gardens and I have to say, the complex is great. We rent a two bedroom and there is PLENTY of space for 3 people. The complex is well maintained and clean. When we moved in, our apartment was spotless. There is a ton of storage space and the office is always helpful if we need something. The surrounding community is very calm and laid back. The complex is also within walking distance to a a market + bar, coffee shop, ice cream shop + more. High school park is a favorite... too. There are only two small drawbacks- the laundry is in the basement with no on-site quarter machine, and also our bathroom does not have any ventilation. We were getting a little mold but now we just open the window after showering. It’s not a huge deal although a little strange and potentially a health risk if we left as is. Overall, this place is the best complex I’ve lived in. If you are considering it I’d recommend it fully.

The apartment complex is well-maintained and the maintenance worker, John, is one of the nicest and helpful people. He will come and fix anything that you need. The only downside is that there are washers/dryers in the basement, so you have to walk outside of the apartment to get to the laundry. Besides that it is a great apartment.
