Leasing agents completely misrepresented the apartment. We were shown an alternative unit because ours was “occupied” but the one we received was absolutely infested with several different species of insect, has water damage on electrical outlets, TWO doors that do not shut, possible mold growth in the kitchen, and baseboards unattached to the floorboards allowing pests in. When challenged, the leasing agent said it was abandoned for months- further cementing my idea that it was purposefully... misrepresented.

We never moved in due to our health concerns. The bugs were RAMPANT (I wish l could attach a video), and we couldn’t risk our furniture or ourselves being infested on DAY ONE of a new apartment. We did NOT move in but we are being charged thousands of dollars (about two thousand of which is for anticipated ‘damages’ when we never spent the night). They already got about $500 in application fees and first month’s rent out of us, why do they need several more thousand on top of that for not-even one night? Read More

The management company and staff do a terrible job for the most part and I couldn’t be happier to finally be done with this place

Rent is high. There is no parking and when you try to park somewhere else they vandalize your car. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. Mold, mildew, roaches, trash piles up. Place is unkept most of the time. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

I highly recommend! The quality apartments, cleanliness, professional staff and top notch customer service makes Atlantic palms the perfect choice for anyone looking for a place to live!

I lived here for a couple years, floorplans are spacious, staff is great and caring. They throw a great party each month too!
