Don't sign a lease here!!!! Numerous issues! If anything is wrong with your apartment be prepared to wait and be disappointed more than likely will not get fixed. Walls are paper thin!!! Poor customer service skills heck the office is rarely open costs compared to other locations better fits than at this location. Rental amounts are not equal between residents by a long shot. Be prepared for a dramatic increase when your renewal is up, also it's impossible to get out of your lease early without... it costing you an arm and a leg. Horrible. Changed me 3 months extra of rental insurance even though I submitted to the leasing office, twice. The ladies in the office will tell you one thing, then send a snarky email contradicting themselves. Horrible team that works the leasing office. On a bright note, they allowed to buy a condo & never have to rent again.

I have no complaints about this apartment. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are amazing, there is free coffee and sparkling water to start off my mornings, the apartment was clean when I moved in and looked just like the pictures, the appliances are modern and look very nice. When I show my friends and family my apartment they can’t believe how nice it is. The neighbors can get a little loud, however that is just apartment living and it could be a lot worse. My family moved in a month ago and we are happy to call The Wilder our home. The staff and our neighbors have been very welcoming and nice. It has been a pleasant experience, and we've enjoyed attending the community events.

We are new to the Wilder and even with our first week almost complete it has been wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We are beyond glad we found the Wilder and made it our new home.
