Me and my family have lived here for 4 years now I believe. Management and maintenance are awesome. They don't just work here they talk to you like friends. Gives this whole complex even more of a homey vibe. The other tenants here are great too. This place is an actual community. Aside from that, the apartments are extremely spacious with large walk in closets in both rooms. The bedrooms and living room are huge. I've lived in many apartments and this is one of the most spacious. We have never... had bugs such as cockroaches or an invasion of spiders. Have had a couple spiders and pincher bugs, but that is expected when you live on the bottom story. Only ever had ants one time in all these years. They are well kept up and maintenance responds pretty fast. They even come out in the dead of night if there is an emergency maintenance issue. Once a few years back my ac was acting up the came and fixed it really fast and even did a follow up the next day to ensure it was still working. The outside of the apartments is very spacious too. There is tons of grass areas for kids to run and play. My kids love just running around in it. The apartments aren't clustered and claustrophobic like most. Here you actually feel like your in a private little community even though it licated in an easy to commute to just about anything location. Plus there is a large hill they love rolling down. There is a decent dog park area that's kept up. The pool is big and kept up too. I love that the pool has 4 entrances too. Honestly I can't imagine moving to different apartments. Everything about it has been great and amazing. All of management and maintenance have really been great and amazing too.

Awesome place to live
We moved here in 2011 and have enjoyed living here from day one. The property is so beautiful and has so many mature tree's. They always make sure things are things are up to pare. The only negative is valet trash. I do enjoy the fact I don't have to walk to the trash bin everyday.

Paradise, even on the third floor
This apartment complex is gorgeous, clean, well-kept, and secure. The managers work day in and day out to make sure maintenance is taken care of, packages are kept safe, and remind you to get in your rent on time through courteous e-mails. The apartments themselves have plentiful parking, quiet, nearly sound-proof rooms, and up-to-date connections for cable, washing, drying, and other appliances. The apartments are renovated regularly as the tenants move in and out, so appliances are always... up-to-date. The apartments are spacious, clean, and easy access. They all come with balconies or patios, which can seat three large chairs or multiple pieces of furniture. Each apartment comes with a walk-in closet, with PLENTY of space for storage. The apartment has plenty of outlets, spread out easily throughout the three rooms. Though there are no elevators, but the buildings are only three floors tall, and provide a gorgeous view of groomed crepe myrtles and other plants. Plus-side of living on the third floor are the wonderful vaulted ceilings and spacious living area. The apartments stay cool and clean, pressure washed every few months. The layout is perfect for individuals and small families, and provide a wonderful environment for small kids and pets. It includes a well-maintained pool and exercise center, along with access to a laundry room for all tenants and visitors of residents. The apartments are super close to plenty of shops on Butler Rd, and is less than 10 minutes from I-85 and the massive shopping centers on Woodruff Road. Gas prices are incredibly cheap here, and provide for a cheaper commute to work places without sacrificing entertainment. Overall, my first apartment, and hopefully, my only apartment for a long, long time.
