Bugs are a constant issue as well as maintenance not doing anything to fix problems within the apartment. They won’t do anything about my air conditioning being out and my apartment has been over 80degrees. My car was also broken into and when I called the office to ask if the had any cameras they told me they “aren’t responsible for tenants property or safety”

Horrible front staff ! Don’t deal with problems
Horrible experience was okay the first year we moved but our apartment flooded multiple times in the year we dealt with when maintenance and the front office was okay . Then our second year living the front office became awful and very rude . Allowed people to have uncontrollable pets ,barking all hours of the night and almost attacking residents. Poop left every where multiple complaints where made or reported by us and other neighbors and nothing was done . Excuses and excuses always made as... they never handled anything . Only had one okay maintenance guys and his wife fix stuff in a timely manner .

Highly recommend!
I've lived at Haywood Pointe a little more than 2 years. I've been extremely satisfied. It's a quiet neighborhood. The management staff is very professional. My one-bedroom apartment meets all my needs. The location is very convenient.

Don't sign a lease at Haywood Point Apartments!
Don't sign a lease at Haywood Point Apartments! I was a tenant for the past 10 years and unfortunately watched the management of this property deteriorate. You would think if your apartment complex has made a decision to upgrade and improve the apartments you, as a long time tenant would be notified and given options to make arrangements for temporary housing in order to maintain the apartment you've come to live in for years, give you options for a similar possibly close in proximity to your... current space or just give you a timely period and reasonable opportunity to process the upcoming changes that's about to uproot your life as you know it. I was not offered an option for remodel, as a long term tenant of 10 years in good standing I was extremely disappointed. ; roaches are a constant issue; valet trash pick-up was a rip off as trash was seldom removed as they promised; ceiling leaked especially any rainfall; AC system is an ongoing issue; dog droppings are never cleaned by the pet owners or the property management; the exterior side wall to the building was in severe need of repair for several months; corporate is notorious for not responding or returning phone calls. After 10 years I am homeless, they gave me a 3 month notice to MOVE OUT. Do not sign a lease with them.
