I have been renting for many years at different properties and this is by far THE WORST! I’ve been here for 3 years and it just keeps getting worse. It’s a “gated community” where the gates have been “broken” for 3 years since they opened. They don’t take good care of the property. The garbage is always a mess, people Just dump outside of the dumpster and it’s disgusting. Parking is out of control - people park on the lawns, block emergency access roads. They do nothing about it. People... don’t clean up after their dogs. They threaten to hold people accountable but clearly do not. This has been the worst year! They can’t keep staff. Office staff are useless and maintenance is non-existant in 2024. I can’t wait to get out of here at the end of the year. Run away, don’t walk if you’re considering this place!

I chose Capital Club for the impossible to beat amenities, large bedrooms, community vibe, and have been pleasantly surprised by their great team in Leasing and Maintenance! Morgan was super friendly and fun to work with, and has been a great help in making sure the move-in process went as smooth as possible. The Maintenance team is also quick to respond to requests and to complete the task. Loving it here so far!

Customer service is unfortunately a rarity these days. I am very happy to have found superior service with the staff Capital Club. When speaking to the manager, Amanda, she was very patient and took her time highlighting the property and area. Can’t wait to start the process!
