If you're considering living here, please reconsider. The prior negative comments are all true. In the last 7-8 years I've lived in 4 or 5 different apartments and this is by far the worst apartment I've lived in. Not because of the apartment itself, after all the maintenance team here is outstanding, it's everything else. In the last year and a half, I've had at least 4 packages stolen from the mail room, not counting the several my roommate reported stolen as well. When I asked the employees... in the front office how they're combating it, they responded with "We've talked to FedEx about it", which didn't answer anything. So, I pressed on and ask about the camera in the mail room, since I was going to file a report about my stolen package- again. I was then pleasantly informed that the camera in the mail room doesn't work but that the doors are locked. Unfortunately, for all of us living here, we know the mail room doors are never locked. And, her piece of helpful advice was this: "I'd consider buying a PO box somewhere else, that's what I do". And when I suggested getting cameras that worked, I received the same line about FedEx. Considering what we all pay to live here, I would think they could afford working cameras in the mail room. The gun shots, car break ins, MURDER(s), lack of accountability or concern for the safety of their tenants, poor security, lack-luster outside maintenance (dog poop, everywhere), and Swat Team incidents are all true. The majority of those have happened during the last year that I've lived here. The employees in the front office simply care about collecting rent and hosting "community" events- despite not being able to protect their community or their community's mail. So little care for our safety, in fact, that after the last shooting they sent us a cheerful email listing "proper" ways for us to protect ourselves. Yet, we don't have cameras in our buildings or outside of them or anywhere on the property except the fake ones in the mail room. And, mind you, I haven't even mentioned the lack of accountability that the employees in the front office take when it comes to handling issues between tenants. Specifically, in regards to, issues with quiet hours (Monday-Thursday) and allowing tenants to leave massive piles of trash in the hallways. if you report it to the office, they don't do anything for 2-3 days.

Updated and Modern Apartments
This apartment community is very new. Only 2 years old the agent said who toured me around. The apartment had stainless steel/black kitchen appliances, and a very nice, large quartz island with a built in kitchen sink. Also, a full size washer and dryer set which looked almost brand new in the laundry room! I would recommend for anyone looking for nice and upgraded appliances in their apartment.
