The leasing options are flexible but you will spend a small fortune applying ($400- 420 per applicant). I don't care for how the deposits are done. You either pay up front or charged a monthly fee by a third-party company for the duration of you lease which the math does not math. This is a nice neighborhood fairly quiet. You can hear Bell Rd traffic and emergency vehicles due to a firehouse right up the road. I love the front porch and the back area though I wish the AC unit was on the outside... as it takes up usable space. There is an office nook. I feel like they missed the mark with closet space bc the main bedroom closet is big enough for single person. There is a small storage space on your back area. All of the bedrooms are on the same level and you can hear everything from the other rooms. The walls are thin when the shower is going it is very loud. From the main bedroom you can hear the other bathroom. No amenities like a pool or gym. Overall it will work for now.

Leasing office super helpful with initial move in, maintenance addressed inspection concerns in a very timely manner and neighbors across the street offered and insisted on helping unload the moving truck which was unexpected but deeply appreciated and absolutely made my family feel welcomed!!

Maintenance on appliances could be better trash fee is a little extreme and the building protection fee is kind of ridiculous I under the assumption that maintenance was included in the rent price office staff has always been nice and always gets back to me in a timely manner.
